Assist with the definition of system requirements. Resolve issues on assigned projects. Work with requirement owners. Initiate system requirement change requests. Coordinate communication meetings between customer & client. Recommend additional testing and development as required. Determine and investigate design and mechanization alternatives. Prepare project plans. Assist with the resolution of system issues and determine the root cause and resolution to verification and test incidents. Prepare and present responses to action items. Participate in design reviews. Assist with the failure mode and effects analysis process. Maintain an awareness of client programs and vehicle systems. Represent company psoition wehn communicating with customer. Complete special projects. Determine improvement to the process.
Bachelor's level degree in Mechanical Engineering. Minimum of 2 years experience in design or development. Excellent oral and written communication skills - must be able to clearly and concisely communicate technical information. High level of interpersonal skills-must work well on a team. High level of organizational skills-must be able to manage several projects efficiently. Ability and ambition to work under pressure, meet schedules and maintain a high level of output. Proficiency in the use of personal computers and Microsoft Office Tools. Proficiency in the use of workstations and interleaf software is preferred. Experience with requirement definition using structured analysis methods is preferred. Experience with electromagnetic compatability design, development an testing is preferred.
